This week i weighed in at 191.0 lbs, thats 2.8 less than last week. Which is great, but for the last 2 days ive been eating rubbish :/. And i have a vague idea why, But anyways back on track before i put all the weight back on.
This is my first one, haven’t really been monitoring how much i weigh and when.
Starting weight 212.6 lbs
Current weight: 193.8 lbs (27/02/2013)
Total loss: 18.8 lbs :o
Going to try and weigh in only on wednesday, seeing a larger number once a week to me is better than seeing tiny numbers everyday.
Its the 29th of November and I am weighing in at 206.6 !!

Before this date i am going to weigh 200 lbs or less *not an option*, I am not going to cancel my gym membership because i need on to go at LEAST 3 times a week. I am not going to give up. I have to do this for my self. I entered 2012 with the thought in mind to lose weight and the year is not over yet. I am not going to let myself down!
